How is CarbonView typically used in an organization?
The use of CarbonView in an organization varies based on the individual company's carbon management strategy and objectives. Typically we find CarbonView is used in either of the following ways:

Option one
Option one generally baselines a historical financial year of data to provide a point of reference for your company, termed a ‘static footprint’ - it is a snaptshot in time of your organizations footprint.
In this approach, a CarbonView consultant works with your internal team to pull together the data sources and develop the necessary reports.

Option two
Option two is what we term the ‘live carbon footprint’, where our clients take full control of administration and data entry for ongoing energy and GHG emission monitoring, reporting, analysis, abatement and offset projects.
This involves a CarbonView team member supporting the client's team, often remotely via the Internet.
